Resource Title ESSA law

On December 10, 2015, the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) was reauthorized as the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The ESSA replaces its predecessor, the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) of 2001. The ESSA legislation is organized into titles and provides funding for various programs.
